CAF appoints Babbs Sharif as African Super League Media Officer

The confederation of African football CAF has approved the appointment of Babbs Sharif Abdallah as Media Officer of the New edition African Super League.

Independent Mirror exclusively gathered that this was coming ahead of the start of the New edition African Super League, when Enyimba plays to host Wydad Casablanca of Morocco 24th in October at the Godswill Akbapio International Stadium, Oyo State.

According to the statement the appointment Babbs Srif were carefully selected based on the merit and track records in initiative towards development of Sport in Kano state and the country

Sharif Abdallah was the Media Officer of Nigeria’s U23 as well as the U20 Men’s National team, recently represented Nigeria at the FIFA U20 men’s Work Cup held in Argentina this Year.

He committed to work hard and diligently as the previous appointments both U20 and U23 men’s Nigerian team.

Abdallah Previously worked as an English Sports presenter with Cool FM and Wazobia FM in Kano State.

He als served as Head of Sport desk in both Arewa, Cool FM and Wazobia FM, were he Presented the Hausa Program ‘Dandalin Magoya Bayan Kwallon Kafa and Duniyar Wasanni’ In Arewa Radio based in Kano States.

Sharif Abdallah a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, with B.Sc in Mass Communication and get other certificates.

Also he became the Media Coordinator, African Legends were organised Novelty Matches in and out of Nigeria.

Indeed Abdallah was the Nigeria Media Projector some few Years down the line, he has been recognized by the African football rulling body because he is industrious and very cordial in his relationship with colleagues.
