The Bendel Insurance, known as Benin Football Club, landed at Malam Aminu Kano İnternational Airport on Thursday Night.
The Independent Mirror reported that Bendel arrived in Kano ahead of the week ten encounter in the NPFL with Kano Pillars FC on Sunday.
Bendel Insurance just recently lost to Enyimba International by 2-1 at Aba on Wednesday 22, November 2023.
It can be recalled that Bendel Insurance are in 6th position in the NPFL tables, with 13 points, while Kano Pillars are 13th with 12 points.
Bendel Insurance is one of the oldest football clubs in Nigeria, founded in 1972 in Edo state, while the team is now under the Chairman Philip Shaibu, Deputy Governor, Edo State.
