Katsina United FC technical advisor Bishir Sadauki praised Barau FC players after a pre-season friendly match at Muhammad Dikko Stadium.
The Independent Mirror reports that Katsina United FC beat Barau FC 1-0 in a pre-season friendly match on Thursday, at Muhammad Dikko Stadium, Katsina State.
Bishir Sadauki was satisfied with the Barau FC players, despite the Maliya Boys losing 1-0 to Katsina United FC.
“We are preparing for the upcoming new 2024/2025 season, expecially the assessment of our new players we have.”
“Actually, I was so happy with our victory against Barau FC, it was a good reaction to the outing to win 1-0,”
”A good reaction from the Barau FC team. I was so proud of the attitude they displayed in the game,” Sadauki said in his post-match interview.
The Kano state-based team Barau FC and Katsina United FC, are among the clubs to participate in this month’s Gusau/Ahlan Pre-season 2024 tournement in Jos, Plateu state.
