Member of Kano Pillars football club newly constituted media and marketing committee, Muhammad Wasilu Kawo has decried the salary pattern adopted by the club management for the wages of the new coaches recruited by the club.
The sports broadcaster with Nasara radio, last Friday took to his vastly followed Facebook page to denounce, what he described as the injustice been meted by the club management to some of the newly engaged Kano Pillars fc coaches.
Kawo, who made the remarks in hausa said “ team manager na Kano Pillars under 15albashin sa dubu 25 a duk wata.( team manager of Kano Pillars U-15 is on the monthly salary of N25 thousand).
“coach na U-13 shi kuma albashinsa dubu 15 duk wata(coach of the U-13 will be paid 15 thousand every month))

“coordinator kuma dubu 80, wasu kuma 100, haba dan Allah)(team coordinator will be paid 80 thousand , some other people will be paid 100,000, please for God’s sake) Wasilu lamented .
Reacting to the post, which went viral on social media platforms, Bashir Ibrahim said “{masu ruwa da saki a gyara” (the authorities should address this abnormally.”
Musa Pillars said “ wannan zalla rashin adalci ne.” ( this is a straight case of injustice)
As Roma reacting to the post also said “ even those of us playing on the streets cannot accept to be paid the paltry sum of N15,000,00 not to talk of a professional club side.

Hundreds of Kano Pillars supports have continued to invade the FB page to invent their anger, on what they describe as the poor handling of the issue by the Babangida Umar led management of the club.
When contacted the Media Officer of the club, Lurwanu Idris Malikawa Garu said “ as a committee member, he is entitled to his opinion, but that is not to be taken as the official position of the club, it is his personal opinion and he is entitled to it.” Malikawa said.
