The Federal Government has threatened to stop the payment of salaries from Friday, 27th, October, 2023 of any public officer whose records are not verified on the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System.

The Head of Service of the Federation Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan disclosed this today in a statement by her Director of Communications Mohammed Ahmed.

According to the statement, a two-week verification, which will end on Friday, was put in place as an act of magnanimity for officers who did not participate in the earlier verifications.

It warns that no further extension will be given to any public officer as the sanctions will be meted out immediately.
