Barau FC Dismisses Allegations Of Unfulfilled Promises By Deputy Senate President

The management of Barau football club has dismissed and denied recent online newspaper posts for alleging Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin for not fulfilling the club’s promises.

The Independent Mirror reports that the post stated that “Management and Players of Barau FC expressed their anger over the failure of the team’s owner to fulfill his promises”

For clarity, the Barau FC called the report as malicious and falsely made by some online newspaper.

In an official statement signed by the club’s Media Officer Ahmad Hamisu Gwale on Sunday, dismissed the claim.

He added that the “report is completely untrue and should be disregarded, it is disappointing some Media outlet to expose misinformation without first verifying the facts”

The statement added that the Deputy Senate President Barau I. Jibrin tries as much as he can to focus his desire for the achievement of the club.

The owner of Barau FC has rejected rumours that he did not fulfill his commitment to offer players a motorcycle and a coaster vehicle.

Maliya clarified that it is up to the Club to go and grab their motorcycles and coasters.

He also conveyed his views over the negative news that has started circulating.

Barau FC is currently preparing for the new season of the Nigerian National League NNL 2024/2025 Season.
