The new General Manager of Kano Pillars Football Club, Ahmad Musa, has said that the club will produce skilled players who will play a role in the development of the club.
The Independent Mirror reports that Musa made this known during a press conference held On Thursday, at the Sani Abacha Stadium, Conference Room, where he outlined the steps he would take to ensure that the club’s achievements are sustained.
However, said that the club would follow various steps to produce skilled players, and work hard to ensure that the club reaches its peak.
He also said that interference from others in the club’s management would not be tolerated.
Musa added that the club is in the process of seeking investors which will help the club carry out some of its projects.
The General Manager expressed gratitude to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for appointing him to run the affairs of the team, promising that the management will return the glory days of Sai masu Gida.
Musa emphasized that player welfare would be a top priority, as the success of the club depends on them. “Players are the actors and ambassadors of the club,” he said.
He also stressed the importance of discipline on and off the pitch, warning that the management would not condone any acts of indiscipline from all quarters.
