The Deputy Governorship Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2023 elections, Murtala Sule Garo, has joined well-wishers across Nigeria in celebrating Honorable Abubakar Kabir Abubakar, member representing Bichi Federal Constituency and the Chairman, House Committee on Appropriation on the occasion of his 44th birthday.
