The Kano State Football Association (KSFA) has honoured Salmanu Auwal Agadasawa with the award of Kano State Best refree of the year 2023/24.
The Independent Mirror reports that the award was presented to Salmanu Agadasawa by the Nigerian Refree Association Chairman Sani Zubairu.
Salmanu Agadasawa, was recognized for his outstanding contributions to officiating the matches, especially in the Ahlan Cup with Rijiyar Zaki.
“I am honoured to receive this award, and I am proud to be part of the football family in Kano State. I will continue to support the NRF in the state and Nigeria at large.” According to Salmanu Auwal Agadasawa.
On Saturday, the Kano State Football Association honoured the individuals and teams recognized for their achievements in the 2023/24 season.
The event was attended by NFF President Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau, NFF Executive members, State FA Chairmen, football stakeholders, players, and coaches from across the state and country.
