The Brotherhood and Better Living Foundation (BL Foundation) has announced the appointment of new leadership for its football club, aimed at strengthening the promotion of sporting activities.
The Independent Mirror reports that this was contained in a statement issued by the club’s Chief Executive Officer, Ibrahim Khalil Bature, and made available to newsmen this week.
According to the statement, Bello Abdullahi Papa has been appointed as Club Chairman, Shamsu Ahmad as Director of Sports, and Salisu Kabony as Deputy Director of Sports.
Bature noted that the appointments were based on merit and take immediate effect, expressing confidence that the new leadership will bring the experience needed to elevate the club to one of the top sides in Nigeria.
The Brotherhood and Better Living Foundation also stated that it will focus on youth development and the promotion of sporting activities within the country and beyond.
