Czech authorities say 10 people have been killed and “dozens” more are injured in a shooting at a university in Prague.

The Independent Mirror reported that the Police say the gunman had also been “eliminated” following the attack at Charles University in the city centre.

Prime Minister Petr Fiala says he had cancelled upcoming engagements in light of the “tragic events”.

Interior Minister Vit Rakusan says “no other gunman has been confirmed” and asks people to follow police instructions. Police have closed the area and are asking people living nearby to stay at home.
