NPFL Site Katsina United Appoints Bello Papa as Chief Scouting Officer

Katsina United FC, one of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), club, has announced the appointment of Bello Abdullahi Papa as the club’s new Chief Scouting Officer.

The Independent Mirror reports that in a statement signed by the club’s Chairman, Alhaji Surajo Umar Dalibi, the appointment takes immediate effect and is part of the club’s efforts to ensure smooth operations.

Bello Abdullahi Papa brings a wealth of experience to his new role, backed by an extensive network of partnerships and collaborations with football clubs, agencies, managers, and players both in Nigeria and abroad.

His expertise has enabled him to identify and scout numerous talented players from Nigeria and across West Africa for both local and international clubs.

The club’s Chairman, Alhaji Surajo Umar Dalibi, has expressed confidence in Bello Abdullahi Papa’s abilities, wishing him success in his new role.

Dalibi urged him to earn the trust of the club by carrying out his obligations conscientiously.

‎This appointment is part of Katsina United’s efforts to strengthen its scouting network and identify top talent in Nigerian football.

With Bello Abdullahi Papa at the helm, the club is poised to make significant strides in the football landscape.
