The presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has appointed two new aides on community engagement.
The Independent Mirror reports that the appointments of Alhaji Aliyu Bello and Dr. Victor Moses were announced in a statement issued on Wednesday by the Atiku Media Office.
The former Vice President appointed Bello as Senior Special Assistant on Community Engagement and Moses as Special Assistant on Community Engagement.
The statement said “Alhaji Aliyu Bello, a seasoned journalist, entrepreneur, international trader, and respected grassroots politician, has a strong record of leadership, public service, and youth mentorship.
“He holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and certifications in Leadership and Business Management.
“He previously served two terms as the Kaduna State PDP Youth Leader, where he promoted youth political participation, and later served as the Financial Secretary of the Kaduna State chapter of the PDP before joining the ADC.
“His experience in media, entrepreneurship, politics, and community engagement positions him to strengthen youth participation and grassroots networks.”
Atiku congratulated the two new appointees and wished them success as they worked to advance their shared vision.
