This came late but as they said it’s better late than never. I suppose to compose this earlier, especially as they use to say in Nigerian pidgin “as e dey hot”
The Independent Mirror reports that It is no longer news that Kano based Barau Football Club have already been promoted to Nigerian second tier league NNL.
The journey to that promotion never meant to be easy But it takes dedication, perseverance and visionary leadership to achieve that.
That is exactly what drives and compel me to salute the remarkable football administrator and the Chairman of Barau Football Club Alh. Ibrahim Shitu Canji who guided the team to the success of the promotion from Nigerian Nationwide League One (NLO) to Nigeria National League (NNL).
Let us celebrate this outstanding football administrator,whose vision, leadership and dedication have brought glory not only to Barau Football Club alone but to Kano State football family in general.
Barau Football Club achievement serves as a testament to the power of hard work, determination, professionalism,and passion for the beautiful game.
Once again, Congratulations Chairman and wishing you more success in your debut in the upcoming NNL.
