Madu Muhammad took over the Barau Football Club after leading the team to First round play-off Nationwide League One NLO this year in Daura, Katsina State.
The Independent Mirror reports that the Barau FC under Coach Madu Muhammad will play against Clever Warriors on 27 March 2024 at Daura, Katsina State in the NLO play-off Ticket Matches.
Sports analysis revealed that Coach Madu of Barau FC focus on developing players as individuals, nurturing their skills, character, and resilience both on and off the field.
Madu Muhammad a Bauchi State born, he has a keen grasp on emerging talent with a special interest and deep knowledge of selecting stars from local and state level in the Country.
Madu also monitoring the performance of the Goalkeepers, dependers, midfielders and attackers with hopes to bring players support at anytime.
Added with players development, tactical innovation, work ethic, work rated teams – player, players relations and leader- mentorship.
Despite Madu Muhammad’s lead Barau FC as head coach for the first time in history to the Nigeria Amateur League Division Two where the Kano base showcase their efforts and secured the promotional slot to Nigeria Nationwide League One.
Barau FC emerged the winners of the inaugural Nationwide League One Dutse Centre, also the team clinched the winner of the Round-robin Matches.
With this Barau FC will Play against Clever Warriors on 27 March in the first NLO play-off match at Daura, Katsina State.
The Kano Boys made history in Nigeria’s grassroot football by playing the first NLO and ready to win two inaugural tournaments NLO lead by Madu Muhammad as head coach.
Recall that, in a thrilling New Year Mega Lottery NLO 2024, Barau FC placed in Dutse Center, as Barau FC played 8 matches, 7 wins, and 1 lose.
