The Coordinator of the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP), Engr. Ado Jibril Kankarofi, has inspected Ranka village in Bebeji Local Government Area, where the construction of a 1.99KM feeder road connecting the village to the Zaria highway is currently ongoing.
The Independent Mirror reports that during the visit, Engr. Ado Jibril Kankarofi expressed satisfaction with the progress of the project.
He noted that, upon completion, the road will significantly improve access to local markets and enhance the livelihoods of farmers and residents in the area.
According to the Coordinator, the RAAMP project is aimed at boosting rural infrastructure and promoting economic growth.
He emphasized that the initiative is a testament to the government’s commitment to rural development.
Engr. Kankarofi described the construction of the feeder road as a key component of the project, adding that its completion is expected to have a positive impact on the local economy.
