Leadership of Kano Pillars Football Club has pleaded with NPFL Disciplinary Committee to reconsider its stance over the Twelve Million Two hundred and Fifty thousand Naira Fine imposed on the team due to alleged misconduct of some political thugs which led to delay in transmission of a live broadcast as well as throwing objects into the Pitch in protest of the decision of the match official during its week Seventeen premier League match against visiting Plateau United at Sani Abacha Stadium Kofar Mata Kano.
The Independent Mirror reported that this entailed In a letter signed by Secretary of the club Comrade Sani Ibrahim Alias Coach and made available to media outfits via Assistant Media Officer of the team Mubarak Ismail Abubakar Madungurum.
