Barau Football Club, to participate in the upcoming Ikon Allah Scouting Academy Program in the year 2024 at Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna State.
The Independent Mirror reports that this was contained in a statement signed by Barau FC Media Officer A. H Gwale on Wednesday, as the Scouting Program will start from 18th to the end of the month of April 2024.
Many football academies are to participate in the football scouting program, including Barau Football Club, Unity Football Club Kaduna, Mailantarki Care FC, A. J FC, Pawas Academy.
Others were, Ramsaky Academy, Pride Fc, One Touch football Club, FC News Down, Olympic Hiybrid FC, and many others.
It recalls that, the last scouting program, which took place in Abuja, by almost five scouters from Europe, and one of them was the Director of Diamond Sports Management, who has been working with Nigerian players for 7 years.
He got a mandate and authorization from 7 to 8 countries around the World; Venezuela, Czech Republic, Turkey, Spain, Denmark, Slovakia, Azerbaijan are all expecting to get talented players from this scouting program.
Ayi Mohammed, the Chairman of Ikon Allah Academy, organized a scouting program in May last year, that gave many young football players the opportunity to compete at the international level.
Barau Football Club play their first match in the NLO with ORLU United FC on April 20, 2024, in Dutse Jigawa State.
