World-Class Midfielder Tahir Umar, A Key Player for Barau FC

Barau Football Club midfielder, Tahir Muhammad Umar, has established himself as one of the best midfielders on the planet during his time in the Nationwide League One NLO 2023/2024.

The Independent Mirror reports that According to a statement issued by Ahmad Hamisu Gwale, the Barau FC Media Officer, Tahir has played all ten matches for Barau FC in the NLO this season, where he made himself top among others players.

The 21-year-old Tahir Umar Muhammad, was born in Brigade Area, Audu Utai Street, Nassarawa Local Government, Kano State.

The former NK Sloga FC from Croatia is undoubtedly one of the best midfielders in Kano and Nigeria. He has previously been dubbed by Crocian Newspapers.

Tahir was always looking at the former Italian player, and Juventus head coach Thiago Motta as his role model.

The 41-year-old replaces former manager Massimiliano Allegri, who was sacked in May despite winning the Coppa Italia.

Tahir Umar Muhammad, remains the only player to have 85% pass accuracy in the Nationwide Legaue One NLO 2024 this season.

Tahir Umar will be done playing the sport that he was better than most people at, and in some niche circles, like passing and controlling matches.

He was among the Barau FC two players that will leav the country, including one from the attacking side, Jude Mamman, after they were seen by foreign football scouts in the match between Barau FC and Clever Warriors last month in Bwari Abuja.

Barau FC has already been promoted to the Nigerian National Legue NNL, following their victory against Yoca Crocodiles of Kaduna state via penalty shootout on Sunday.

In terms of his ability and mental strength, Tahir Muhammad Umar was always evidently ready for top-flight football in Kano.
