Bichi Journalists Forum Hails Rep. Abba Bichi, Pledges Support for More Development Initiatives

The Bichi Journalists Forum, under the leadership of Musa Yahaya Bichi, recently engaged in a productive dialogue with Honorable Abubakar Kabir Abubakar Bichi, Member representing Bichi Constituency, to advocate for critical development initiatives in Bichi Local Government.

The Independent Mirror reports that the delegation was warmly received by Hon. Sabo Saye, Senior Legislative Aide to the Honorable Member, who commended the forum’s proactive role in promoting community development.

During the courtesy visit, the forum applauded Hon. Bichi’s ongoing efforts in delivering transformative projects across the constituency, noting their positive impact on the quality of life for residents.

Chairman Musa Yahaya Bichi emphasized the importance of sustained collaboration, stating “We recognize and applaud Honorable Abubakar Kabir Abubakar Bichi’s dedication to our community’s progress.”

The forum presented several strategic recommendations aimed at enhancing local development, including the establishment of a standard fire service station to improve emergency response and public safety.

The creation of a community radio station to foster civic engagement, disseminate vital information, and enhance grassroots communication.

The formation of a Monitoring and Enforcement Committee to ensure the sustainable use and maintenance of newly developed infrastructure.

In response, Hon. Sabo Saye reaffirmed the Honorable Member’s commitment to inclusive development, stating that the proposals align with Hon. Bichi’s vision of transforming Bichi into a modern and thriving urban center.

“The Bichi Journalists Forum’s advocacy reflects the collective aspirations of our people. These initiatives are integral to our roadmap for progress, and we welcome such collaborative partnerships to achieve our shared goals,” Hon. Saye remarked.
