Barau Jibrin Gave Employment Opportunities 46 At Federal Polytechnic Kabo

Deputy Senate President Barau I Jibrin Maliya CON, has offered full employment to 46 Kano North People At Federal Polytechnic located in Kabo Local Government.

The Independent Mirror reported that the ceremony took place on Tuesday at the new Office of Barau Jibrin in Maiduri Road, Kano .

The forty-six people selected from Kano North Senatorial District which Barau represents, were given full employment with permanent and pensionable offers.

Professor Muhammad Ibn Abdullahi, the Chief of Staff to the Deputy Senate President, said the scheme was conceived by Barau to support his constituents to pursue their human development in the country.

“This gesture is not only for the Kano North, every person from Kano may get this opportunity. Who is especially doing this to help people who were studying in Nigeria”.

He added that this is not the first time he has done it. He has given similar support to students, farmers, and others in society.

He urged the beneficiaries to take advantage of the gesture and work hard to excel in their academic lecturing pursuit.

In his remarks, the Special Assistant to the DSP on Media and Publicity, Hon Shitu Madaki Kunchi, urged them to use the opportunity in order to maintain their lives, especially the lack of employment Nigeria is facing.

Some of the beneficiaries from different Kano North Local Governments, thanked Barau for the gesture and prayed to Allah to reward him.

The ceremony was attended by Hon Aliyu Yusuf Tumfafi, Special Assistant to the DSP on Political Matters, Hajiya Yardada Mai Kano Bichi and former Executive Secretary of Kano State Pilgrim Board Muhammad Abba Dambatta.
