Barau Football Club beat Clever Warriors 2-1 in the Nationwide League NLO First Round Play-off, to qualify for the NLO Final Play-off.

The match between Kano State two teams Barau Football Club and Clever Warriors, was held in Bwari Stadium, Abuja on Wednesday Morning..
Madu Muhammad’s men, went into the match with much-needed confidence and beating Clever Warriors with two important goals.
Barau FC, took the lead through forward Jude Mamman in the 19 minutes, while Warriors equalised the goal in the 27 minutes through Ahmad Umar.
But striker Jude Mamman, made Maliya’s boys intentions after he has braced another goal in a good persistence to scramble home in the 60 minute.
Barau FC finished top in Group A Dutse Center, after playing 8 matches, winning seven and losing one, including Round-Robin stage matches.
The team will now stay to face the last stage play-off in Nationwide League NLO, with hope Barau FC will get NNL Promotion next Year.
