AGILE Kano Project Coordinator Mourns Salisu Idris

The Kano State Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment AGILE Projects Coordinator Nasiru Abdullahi Kwalli condolences the Commissioner of Education, Permanent Secretary and entire staff of Ministry of education over the loss of Malam Salisu Idris.

The Independent Mirror reports that Salisu Idris a director of Partnership at the ministry as well as the deputy project coordinator of AGILE died on Saturday night after a brief illness.

The deceased was known as a decent, humble, tenacious, diligent, humble and kind-hearted courageous, man of integrity and honesty,” Nasiru Abdullahi Kwalli stated.

Meanwhile, the state commissioner of Education Alhaji Umar Haruna Doguwa has condoled with the family, friends, and people of Dakata Quarters in the Nassarawa local government area of the state over the loss.

In a statement, by the Director of public relations and Enlightenment at the ministry Balarabe Abdullahi Kiru quoted the commissioner as saying the deceased was an honest and hardworking person who contributed immensely to the development of educational sector in the state.

Aged 56 late Salisu Idris held the position of Director Partnership at the state ministry of education for about four years.

He died and left behind three wives and many children.
