AGILE Kano Gets New Project Coordinator, Seeks Stakeholder Support

The Kano State Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE) Project has get a new Project Coordinator, Malam Mustapha Aminu, who is the current Director Planning, Reseach and Statistics at SUBEB, Kano.

The Independent Mirror reports that, the official handover between the outgoing Project Coordinator, Malam Nasir Abdullahi Kwalli, and the newly appointed held today, at the, conference hall of the Agile Project, Gidan Murtala, Kano state.

The Handover Ceremony was attended by the Director Development Partnership of the Ministry of Education, Alhaji Nura Abba Dandago, key stakeholders, government officials, development partners, and members of the AGILE team.

The new project coordinator (PC) Mustapha Aminu took over from the outgoing Alhaji Nasiru Abdullahi Kwalli who led AGILE from 23rd January 2023 to 20th January 2025.

Speaking during the ceremony, Malam Nasir Kwalli expressed his gratitude to the Government of Kano State, the State Ministry of Education, the AGILE team, and all stakeholders for their unwavering support during his stewardship .

In his remarks, the newly appointed Project Coordinator, Malam Mustapha Aminu, seeks the support of all stakeholders, implementing partners as well as prayers and advice from all and sundry.

The Agile project under Nasiru Abdullahi Kwalli, has recorded significant milestones in school enrollment, infrastructure development, and capacity building, which have positively impacted the lives of thousands of adolescent girls, schools and communities across the state.
