Barau Football Club has unveiled the new jerseys for the upcoming season, 2023/2024, Nigerian Nationwide League One.
The Independent Mirror reports that the Jerseys (Sky Blue) for home games, ( Red ) for away games and (Yellow) as the alternative, are produced by the CEO/Chairman of the AFRO Arab company, Ambassador Abdussalam from Ghana.
The Chief of staff to the Deputy President of the Senate, Professor Muhd Ibn Abdallah, described the jersey as unique, smart and beautiful.
“It is good to have such a unique, smart and beautiful design as our new kits. The managers, coaches and players love the Jerseys. It looks smart on the players, and they look forward to playing and winning games with it.”
“Another aspect of it is that the kit is made and produced here in Africa, to show that our indigenous brands can make top quality kits, and it gets to continually show the kind of support we have for Nigeria’s brands.” Abdallah added.
In his remarks, Ambassador Abdussalam, the owner of AFRO Arab Company, said the gesture is aimed at the team was preparing for the new season.
He added that the company is ready to do something better than what he did now, and he emphasized the quality of the Jerseys, saying they look very beautiful and attractive.
Both the Chairman, coach and players of the Barau Football Club commended the effort of Ambassador Abdussalam, saying he is really excited to have this kind of jersey for the team. It looks beautiful and attractive.
