GCE:Mentorship Series visit Government Girls Arabic College Goron Dutse

The Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Kano State Governor Abba Kabiru Yusuf on Girl Child Education Hafsat Aminu Adhama, visited the Government Girls Arabic College Goron Dutse (GGAAC G/Dutse).

The Independent Mirror reported that, through the mentorship session, concerns the campaign on awareness of the importance of Girl Child Education.

Hafsat Adhama said the awareness reached about ten thousand girls from different schools, in order to find out the importance of the awareness.

She added that the reason why she visited the schools is to raise placards for the students in school life.

“Education is key to life, so we discussed a lot of things like the art of determination , becoming women of essence, building Self Confidence and Esteem, Proper social media utilization and Personal Hygiene,” she said.

Recall that in a series of appointments made between June and August, the governor of Kano State, Abba Yusuf, Hafsat Aminu Adhama was one of the appointments by special advisers and assistants.

The appointments of the special advisers and assistants were announced at intervals through statements by the press secretary, Mr Bature, between June and August.
