Abdallah Describes Fans as The Backbone Of Kano Pillars FC

The newly appointed Technical Adviser of Kano Pillars football club, Usman Abdallah described fans of the ‘Sai Masu Gida’ as the backbone of the team in the round leather game.

The Independent Mirror reports that Abdallah made the statement shortly after he was unveiled at Sani Abacha Stadium Kofar Mata Kano.

The Kano born technician said he was delighted to rejoined the team for the second time and called on the good people of the state especially the round leather game lovers to keep supporting the team and vowed not to disappoint them.

He said, his door will always remains open for meaningful suggestions and criticism so as to achieve the target goals during the upcoming 2024/2025 soccer season.

He used the medium to thank Kano State Governor Alhaji Abba Kabeer Yusuf, Commissioner Ministry of Youths and Sports Development Mustapha Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso and the Club Chairman Alhaji Ali Muhammad Umar Alias Ali Nayara for the opportunity giving to him and vowed to make them proud.

It could be recalled that, the Pyramid city darling team had terminated the contract of Paul Offor on a mutual agreement and Announced the former Super Eagles Assistant Coach Usman Abdallah as his successor.

Kano Pillars who finished 11 on the Log last season will begin the 2024/25 Nigeria Premier Football League season at home against the newly promoted Lagos based team, Ikorodu City FC at Sani Abacha Stadium Kofar Mata, in Kano metropolis.
