The Nigerian National League NNL Club, Wikki Tourists Football Club has unveiled Abdu Maikaba as their new Technical Adviser on a two-year deal on Thursday.

The Independent Mirror reports that Maikaba, returned to the club after previously managing it from 2014 to 2016, during which he led the team to the CAF Confederation Cup in his second season.

Maikaba has previously handled prominent teams such as Enyimba, Akwa United, Enugu Rangers, Plateau United, and most recently, Kano Pillars where he won several laurels.

Engr Auwal Musa Gotel, Chairman of Wikki Tourists FC, expressed his delight at Coach Maikaba’s return, particularly during this challenging period when the team is playing in the lower league, NNL.

The club’s short-term plan is to return to the elite league, NPFL, and subsequently secure a continental spot or ticket.
